Information we collect
SmartFliq may collect your name, email, account preferences, support messages, membership status, payment reference, and service-delivery records. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by SmartFliq.
How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, connect verified payments to memberships, deliver access instructions, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used for hosting, database storage, email, Google sign-in, analytics, and Whop checkout. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, disputes, and fraud prevention. We use access controls and encrypt delivered service passwords, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by emailing smatfliq@gmail.com. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained.
